Returns & Exchanges

Email return requests to ops@aline-online.com or fill out the form below. Please read all info below to ensure your return request can be accommodated.

ELIGIBILITY - your item(s) must meet the following conditions:

  • Original tags attached, in original packaging and accompanied with a copy of the receipt
  • Free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent the item from being sold as new
  • Shoes must have unworn soles (so please test-drive them on carpeting) and must include the original shoebox

Return windows* on full priced items:

  • Within 7 days to original payment method
  • Within 14 days for store credit or exchange.
  • Outside 14 days, final sale.

Return labels will be provided within 14 days.

All markdown and sale purchases are final sale.

*Return Time is calculated from the time you received your order until the time it enters the mail back to us.

● FOR PURCHASES MADE IN OUR STORE:

The same return policy applies. You may mail your return to the address above or bring it back into the store.  

● FOR ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE US:

At this time, returns from outside the US must be shipped back to us using your own preferred carrier and at your own cost. You may wish to insure your package since loss and damage are your responsibility until it is delivered.   Note that we cannot refund the duties and taxes you've paid to clear customs.
